Twice now I've taken my car into C&M and gotten exactly what I wanted. Other than the actual mechanical work I needed, I also found a great team both times able to clearly communicate the status of the car and explain the issues / what should be prioritized. They have listened patiently to my questions and, when directed, carried out the work I requested without upselling or pushing me in one direction or another. 3.5 years ago they salvaged a birthday roadtrip by going above and beyond the call of duty and I only found out about the shop because AAA roadside service / tow recommended them. C&M is 1.5 hours away from my home and, as long as my car can physically get there safely, it's where I intend to have any and all significant work done.
